Behavior Analysis Support Services (BASS) has been a long standing provider of ABA therapy dating back to 2003. BASS is deeply rooted in the communities we serve and we strive to make our clients, their families, and our team members our priorities. Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibilities:

Support a dynamic team of BCBAs and RBTs

Oversee clinical excellence

Oversee adherence to best practices

Ensure adherence to ethical standards

Oversee daily operations of the center

Maintain a positive culture that promotes BASS’s mission of quality and excellence

Facilitate conflict resolution

Facilitate growth of the center in hiring and client intake processes

Facilitate and manage hiring needs of the center

Collaboration with leadership to enhance the clinical quality of the facility

Maintain an organized, safe facility for our BASS family

Mentorship of BCBAs and RBTs

Supervision of both BCBAs and RBTs

Dissemination of policy and procedural changes and collaboration in enhance and developing new policies and procedures

Meet clinical KPIs

Meet monthly KPIs

Implement problem solving strategies with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to ensure quality clinical outcomes for all clients whom are served by BASS

Conflict resolution

Report to the Regional Director

On-site 40hrs a week

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience working with children of varying abilities
  • Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
  • Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
  • Experience in managing/supervising others
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions.
  • Ability/Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
